Worked closely with Class editorial team, external app developer and with Librios software developers to help coordinate all parties during the building of a new content management system for the storage, tracking and delivery of medical content to the UK Ambulance Services. This included defining and drafting specifications and other documentation and advising on new processes, including helping to improve communication between the various parties.
